Confidential in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Private Chef to manage daily culinary needs for a private/VIP household. You will plan menus, prepare nutritious meals, and tailor dishes to dietary preferences while maintaining spotless kitchen standards.

The role requires proficiency in general cooking, pastry and bakery, and breakfast preparation, with flexibility for special occasions, travel, and strict discretion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Private Chef or similar VIP role.
• Strong cooking skills across general, pastry, and breakfast preparation.
• Ability to plan menus and present meals with high quality and variety.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and storage.
• Professional, discreet, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve daily meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and desserts.
• Prepare international and regional cuisines as required with high presentation standards.
• Develop rotating menus based on dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, inventory, and proper storage to minimize waste.
• Coordinate with household staff and maintain confidentiality at all times.
