Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara is seeking a versatile Multi Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across the property. The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building tasks to ensure facilities stay safe, efficient, and reliable.

You will carry out daily maintenance and respond to requests, while coordinating with the engineering team to sustain smooth operations and uphold high service standards for

Qualifications

• Technical qualification or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing.
• Experience in multi-technician maintenance or similar roles.
• Hotel, resort, or commercial property experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting throughout the property.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to the established schedule.
• Attend to maintenance requests affecting guest rooms and guest areas.
• Carry out basic electrical repairs, including lighting, switches, sockets and fixtures.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs, leaks, taps, pipes, toilets and drains.
• Conduct basic HVAC inspections, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Undertake minor carpentry, painting, tiling, and general building repairs.
• Inspect equipment and report defects or potential problems.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and to quality standards.
• Maintain records of work and coordinate with supervisor.
