Madre Integrated Engineering seeks a Vacuum Truck Coordinator to oversee vacuum truck operations and lead the vacuuming team. You will plan resources, receive work orders, arrange PTW and isolations, and monitor activities to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and effective communication in an industrial environment, with focus on compliance and incident reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of work experience in an operational environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational environment, preferably in steel industry.
• Experience coordinating Super Sucker/vacuum truck operations.
• Valid Qatari Light Vehicle Driving License and safety certifications including PTW, LOTO, Confined Space, Work at Height, Defensive Driving.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate vacuum truck operations and lead the vacuuming team.
• Plan resources, receive work orders, and arrange PTW and required isolations.
• Monitor vacuuming activities across plant equipment, machinery, confined spaces, and work-at-height areas.
• Ensure safe operation, scheduled maintenance, and proper handling of vacuum truck accessories.
• Monitor waste collection, quality, quantity, and disposal according to procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report unsafe acts, conditions, and incidents.
• Conduct effective shift handovers and respond to emergency situations.
