Overview

UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall user experience of our products and services. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and are looking for part-time employment with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and user needs
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design ideas
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Design or a related field
• Proven work experience as a UX Designer or similar role
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and projects
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on mobile applications or responsive web design projects
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
