Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a talented UX Designer for our Al-Khor, Qatar team. You will craft intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for our digital products and work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into wireframes and prototypes.

You will conduct user research, create engaging designs, and iterate based on usability testing. The role requires strong UX knowledge, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of UX designer experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma or InVision.

We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will bring your unique cultural background and perspective to help us design user experiences that cater to our diverse audience.

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, conduct user research, and create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. Your designs should not only be aesthetically pleasing but also user-friendly and accessible.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking methodologies, and industry best practices. You should also have experience with various design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision or Figma.
