Job Description:
Crew Life at Sea, a globally recognized maritime recruitment company, is currently seeking a Front Desk Associate for its Qatar operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, offering a professional and welcoming environment while managing front desk operations efficiently. If you're customer-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we’d love to have you onboard.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, visitors, and crew members professionally and warmly
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and handle meeting room bookings
  • Handle check-ins/check-outs and update guest/crew logs
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, well-organized, and presentable
  • Maintain updated records of office supplies and place orders as necessary
  • Assist with basic administrative duties such as document filing, data entry, and report generation
  • Support HR and recruitment teams during crew onboarding and orientation
  • Uphold company standards for customer service and confidentiality
Education and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, office assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Salary & Benefits:
