Job Description

As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a five-star guest experience at all times.This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a high-end hospitality environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize rooms and facilities
• Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and minibar supplies
• Dispose of trash and ensure hygienic waste management
• Follow hotel cleaning checklists and standards
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to supervisors
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment and storage areas
• Provide excellent customer service if approached by guests

Education and Qualifications

• No formal education required
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel or commercial cleaning) is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic English communication skills
