Job summary

SynerData in Al-Rayyan is seeking an Indian Baker to join our team. You will prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads, pastries and desserts according to traditional recipes, ensuring fresh daily output and high quality. The candidate should have experience in an Indian bakery and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum baking experience, preferably in an Indian bakery.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes.
• Must be an Indian national with biometric passport.
• Willingness to work full-time including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads, pastries and desserts.
• Follow traditional recipes and maintain high standards of quality.
• Ensure all products are baked fresh daily and meet customer demands.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
