Job Details
  • Start Date: ASAP (typically within 1 month notice)
  • Location: Qatar Site
  • Working Schedule: 6 days per week / 12 hours per day or as per project requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum requirement of Diploma / ITI
Responsibilities
  • Tracking employee time entries, administering paid time off, and ensuring that employees\' hours are properly paid and recorded.
  • Collect worker-related data, enter them into a spreadsheet, and pass data along to the accounting department.
  • Logistics coordination and Site transportation management.
  • Timesheets preparation.
  • Administrative skills.
  • Coordinating between the teams.
Experience
  • 5-7 years experience in similar role
