Job description

The Lead Therapist is an essential member of Spa’s leadership team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

We are looking for an individual who possesses a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize, as well as having strong organizational skills, are all essential for this position.

The Lead Therapist will be responsible for conducting weekly inventory, assisting with ordering in Birchstreet, training employees on standards, and ensuring standards are met for cleanliness and maintenance of the Spa areas. Organization of the professional and back stock items will be an important part of this role’s success. The Lead Therapist will be responsible for ensuring that the consistency of service and Spa protocols are being met, as well as the presentation of the Spa’s product and service meeting the brand’s standards. This role will also be responsible for supporting the success of retail sales and tracking achievement of sales goals for the team.
