Job summary
Qatar Airways in Doha, Qatar seeks a Tech Cell Engineer Level II to manage cabin and inflight entertainment defect control and support technical activities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience in aircraft engineering, and an ICAO Type II license.
This role requires analyzing system defects, coordinating actions, and ensuring continuous improvement within an engineering and maintenance operation.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in defect control and tech cell support functions.
- Minimum of 4 years' production experience as a licensed aircraft engineer.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft cabin, IFE, and connectivity systems.
- Good understanding of Part M and Part 145 regulations.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate incoming deferred defects and troubleshooting recommendations.
- Prepare management reports for all cabin and IFEC systems across fleet.
- Analyse data from ERP systems to support management decisions.
- Support production planning and control for cabin and IFE.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership for continuous improvement.
