Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Qatar to optimize procurement, logistics, and material management for EPC projects. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, dashboard development with Power BI, and cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management with English and Russian language requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM/Engineering/Business/Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or materials management on EPC/ Oil & Gas or construction projects.
• Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• ERP experience: SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP ERP, Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and materials.
• Track project procurement milestones from MR to final delivery at site.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze procurement data, material availability, vendor performance, and readiness metrics.
• Support forecasting, inventory and logistics planning, and expediting activities.
• Generate KPI reports and provide improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders in English and Russian.
• Ensure accurate data management and reporting within ERP systems.
• Support risk identification, delays, and mitigation strategies for procurement & logistics.
• Assist in S&OP, project planning, and materials management initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Analyst with strong English and Russian language skills to support EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, logistics, material management, supply chain reporting, and ERP systems, with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.

The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Project Controls, Logistics, Warehousing, and Project Management teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and material delivery activities.
• Track project procurement milestones from Material Requisition (MR) to final delivery at site.
• Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards and management reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze procurement data, material availability, vendor performance, and project readiness metrics.
• Support forecasting, inventory planning, logistics planning, and expediting activities.
• Generate KPI reports and provide recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders in English and Russian.
• Ensure accurate data management and reporting within ERP systems.
• Support procurement and logistics teams in identifying risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
• Assist in S&OP, project planning, and materials management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Materials Management within EPC, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or Construction Projects.

Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as:

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of procurement workflows, vendor management, and contract administration.
