Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Security Manager for Doha Festival City Mall in Qatar to oversee all security operations, ensuring safety of personnel, assets, and information. You will coordinate with city management, police, civil defense, and contractors to prevent incidents and manage events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in security management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Formal training in Senior Security Management.
• Experience with National Security/Police or similar agencies.
• Ability to work independently and make emergent decisions.
• Familiarity with computer applications and report generation.
• Willingness to work long hours when necessary.
• Proven ability to work in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and oversee security systems and operations for the mall.
• Coordinate event security, traffic flow, and with city authorities.
• Maintain preventive security actions and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with civil defense and police for incident management.
