Job summary

Sightspectrum is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a large-scale ERP digital transformation for the aviation/airport sector. You will govern multiple integration streams, data migration efforts and essential cutover activities, coordinating with MATAR, QR IT stakeholders, implementation partners and vendors.

You will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards and operational readiness, delivering executive reporting on progress, risks and business

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT program management for large ERP implementations.
• Proven track record in multi-stakeholder governance and financial oversight.
• Strong coordination across delivery workstreams, partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT delivery workstreams under Project WAHED and govern enterprise app integrations.
• Coordinate delivery across stakeholders, partners and vendors.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity standards.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget and cross-functional dependencies.
• Oversee integration delivery, testing, cutover planning and go-live execution.
• Provide executive reporting on progress, risks, budget and outcomes.
