Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Management related field.
• Strong experience in financial MI, planning and reporting.
• Proven ability to develop KPIs and cost control insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting requirements and business operations support for CBIS, CB Leasing, and CBRE entities.
• Prepare and analyse financial and management information for decision making.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting and documentation; drive SOP standardization.
• Support forecasting, planning, and cost control initiatives across entities.
• Develop and maintain reporting processes and MI systems for performance monitoring.
