Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Cost Control Engineer in Doha to support the PCON Department on the COMP5 Project. You will establish a robust cost control system, monitor budget deviations, and drive cost awareness across the project team.

The role requires 5+ years of cost control experience and a Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include coordinating risk management activities, ensuring accurate cost/status reporting, and supporting the contract changes/claims process with cost

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control for large projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control systems and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a cost control system to support PM decision-making within the approved budget.
• Identify budget deviations, analyse impact, and monitor corrective actions.
• Create cost awareness among the project team and ensure CBS compliance.
• Support reporting to operating company and corporate interfaces.
