QatarEnergy is seeking an experienced Cost & Contracts Manager to coordinate cost estimation activities, develop contract strategies, and ensure timely submissions. The role requires strong collaboration with Supply and Finance, managing CWOs, and tracking KPIs to maintain budgetary compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 8 years in oil and gas cost/contract management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and fluent English. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business administration.
• 8 years of experience in cost and contracts management in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP.
• Good knowledge of contract law and industry practices.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cost estimation activities to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
• Develop strategies for key contracts including negotiation approaches.
• Review demand plans ensuring timely submission with Supply.
• Coordinate with Supply and Finance to ensure timely communications and payments.
• Track contracts, budgets, and CWOs; manage payments and closeouts.
• Coordinate audits and maintain KPI tracking and reporting.
