Zusammenfassung

AimGulf is seeking a senior HSE leader to oversee all HSE matters for an offshore EPC project portfolio in Qatar. The role requires steering compliance with QatarEnergy standards and international codes, while directing a large HSE team and contractor HSE groups.

The candidate should bring 15+ years in HSE, with at least 5 years in a senior project leadership role within offshore environments, and hold an engineering degree with professional membership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an internationally recognized University; Master’s degree preferable.
• Membership of a recognized professional engineering or HSE association/institution is required.
• Experience in leading HSE for offshore oil & gas EPC projects and managing large contractor teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead provision of expertise on all HSE matters for the Department.
• Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy Standards, International Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain project HSE plans, risk registers and audit records.
• Lead HSE audits, incident investigations and lessons learnt reviews.
• Motivate and manage HSE teams and contractor HSE teams to achieve high performance.

Jobbeschreibung

Lead the provision of expertise on all HSE matters of the Department and ensure compliance with relevant QatarEnergy Standards, International Standards and Regulatory and Project Requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the provision of expertise on all HSE matters of the Department and ensure compliance with relevant QatarEnergy Standards, International Standards and Regulatory and Project Requirements.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in HSE functions and exposure to EPC for major oil & gas projects of which at least last 5 years in similar HSE senior position in projects for reputable oil & gas operators in an offshore project’s environment.
• Familiar with HSE and Environmental regulatory regimes, international safety engineering codes and standards., particularly those related to offshore work.
• Experience in development of project HSE related plans, philosophies, and specifications. Relevant skills in HSE Studies, Environmental assessments, and Project HSE Risk Registers.
• Exposure to Accident/Incident investigation, review and learning from HSE incidents.
• Experienced as a lead auditor in key and critical HSE audits and reviews. Develop and maintain consolidated records, lessons learnt, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
• Extensive leadership skills to motivate and organise HSE and Contractor HSE Teams to achieve a high-performance level.
• Experience of managing large contractor teams
• Experience of being a HSE lead in a Project Management Team

Education Qualifications:
