Job Title: Sr Cloud, Container & Hardware Architect | QCS Qatar | Doha, Qatar
Recruiting Company: QCS Qatar
Job Location: Doha, Qatar (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time
QCS Qatar is seeking a highly experienced Sr Cloud, Container & Hardware Architect to lead enterprise infrastructure architecture, cloud transformation initiatives, and mission-critical platform operations. This role is ideal for senior infrastructure professionals with deep expertise in virtualization, container platforms, hybrid cloud environments, and large-scale data center operations.
As a Sr Cloud, Container & Hardware Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise infrastructure platforms that support critical business services. You will lead strategic cloud transformation initiatives, oversee container platform architectures, and ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of enterprise data center environments. The successful candidate will possess extensive hands-on expertise in Nutanix, VMware, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, and infrastructure automation technologies. Working closely with business leaders, operations teams, architects, and technology vendors, you will drive infrastructure modernization while ensuring operational excellence across mission-critical environments.
For senior infrastructure architecture roles, hiring managers look for candidates who have designed and operated enterprise-scale environments rather than simply administering them. Highlight the size of cloud platforms, data centers, virtualization estates, and container environments you have managed, including measurable outcomes such as cost optimization, platform modernization, uptime improvements, automation achievements, cloud migrations, and disaster recovery enhancements. Quantified business impact is often the deciding factor for executive-level infrastructure positions.
