Al Abdulghani Motors in Doha seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to support end-to-end vehicle flow, ensuring accurate ERP transactions, POs, and inventory visibility.

You will report on operations, develop dashboards, and collaborate with IT and Sales to optimize processes and fix data issues. A strong automotive background and SAP proficiency are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with the SAP system.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience building dashboards and Power BI reports.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare inventory reports and dashboards to support planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT to design custom reports and tools based on operational needs.
• Process vehicle Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner.
• Manage vehicle shipment processing and ensure correct ERP transaction recording.
• Create and maintain item masters in SAP for new vehicles to ensure accurate stock and pricing.
• Monitor sales and inventory daily; update the sales team and generate reports.
• Coordinate shipment tracking and keep stakeholders informed.
• Act as a point of contact for Sales on SAP SD module, inventory, and planning.
• Provide analytical support for customer complaints via data mining.
• Communicate with the principal regarding vehicle schedules, documentation, and exceptions.
• Share weekly shipment status updates with Sales, Logistics, and LVD teams.
• Provide advance arrival information to the LVD team for delivery planning.
• Ensure timely input for accessory fitment and monitor progress to avoid delays.
• Prepare weekly reports aligned with business requirements.
• Seek ways to optimize supply chain processes, improving customer satisfaction and processing accuracy.
• Support digitization initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
