Job summary

Jaidah Group is seeking a data-driven Demand & Supply Specialist to balance customer demand with vehicle inventory in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will forecast demand, optimize stock, and manage the vehicle ordering lifecycle from production through delivery, collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and OEM partners.

You will develop monthly order plans, monitor stock levels, support model launches, and provide dashboards on demand, supply, ageing, and forecast

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in demand planning, sales planning, inventory control, product planning, or automotive sales coordination.
• Experience with premium or luxury automotive brands is highly desirable.
• Strong forecasting, inventory management, and order management knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with CRM, ERP/DMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly vehicle order plans by model, grade, channel, and colour mix.
• Analyze sales trends, demand, stock levels, and pipeline data to determine ordering requirements.
• Maintain inventory levels while minimizing overstock and stockouts.
• Prepare sales, stock, and order forecasts with production schedules, shipment updates, and arrivals.
• Monitor ageing and slow-moving stock; propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and OEM partners to align production allocations and delivery timelines.
• Manage vehicle orders through manufacturer portals from production to arrival.
• Support new model launches, campaigns, and forecasting with Sales, Product, Pricing, and Marketing.
• Assist budgeting and business planning through accurate volume forecasting.
• Prepare management reports on demand, supply, inventory, pipeline, ageing, and forecast performance.
• Identify supply risks and mitigation plans.

This role works closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics teams, and OEM partners to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and manage the vehicle ordering lifecycle from production through delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly vehicle order plans by model, grade, channel, and colour mix.
• Analyze sales trends, market demand, stock levels, and pipeline data to determine optimal ordering requirements.
• Maintain healthy inventory levels while minimizing overstock and stock shortages.
• Prepare sales, stock, and order forecasts, incorporating production schedules, shipment updates, and expected arrivals.
• Monitor inventory ageing and slow-moving stock, recommending corrective actions to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and OEM partners to align production allocations, order volumes, and delivery timelines.
• Manage vehicle orders through manufacturer portals and track progress from production to arrival.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Pricing, and Marketing teams to support new model launches, campaigns, and forecasting activities.
• Support annual budgeting and business planning through accurate volume and sales forecasting.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards covering demand, supply, inventory, pipeline, ageing, and forecast performance.
• Identify supply risks, logistics disruptions, and commercial challenges, providing proactive recommendations and mitigation plans.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Automotive Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, sales planning, inventory control, product planning, or automotive sales coordination. Experience within a premium or luxury automotive brand is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, sales planning, stock ageing, and order management processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP/DMS platforms, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and with OEM partners.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of the Qatar/GCC automotive market, customer trends, and premium brand standards is an advantage.
