Your Day to Day

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a welcoming and professional service as they embark on their wellness journey. You will assist in managing spa appointments, greet and guide guests with warmth and efficiency, and ensure that every detail of the guest experience is flawless.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor upon arrival
  • Managing spa reservations, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
  • Providing guests with information about spa services, treatments, and packages, offering tailored recommendations based on individual needs
  • Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and requests in a calm, efficient, and positive manner
  • Ensuring the spa area remains organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Processing payments and handling guest transactions in a secure and accurate manner
  • Collaborating with spa therapists and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about spa treatments, products, and the facilities offered
  • Supporting the Spa Manager with administrative tasks, including guest record management and appointment tracking
  • Adhering to all hotel and spa policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably in a luxury hotel, spa, or resort environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and products is an advantage
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for guest service
