As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Spa Director with the Spa & Fitness operations, team management, and training to deliver excellent Guest and Member experiences. An Assistant Spa Manager will also be required to help achieve revenue targets and manage customer feedback.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Assist Spa Director with managing operations
  • Manage procedures, stay current with treatments, and ensure compliance with legislation and standards
  • Ensure a proficient client experience including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
  • Assist in managing, recruiting, training, and developing the spa team
  • Support the Fitness Supervisor in meeting revenue targets
  • Help meet department budgets and operate within financial targets
  • Manage customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Maintain brand standards and daily quality
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments
  • Provide friendly, personalized service to customers and guests
  • Respond to audits for ongoing improvement
  • Create and establish SOPs and SOS
  • Ensure security of cash, stock, and equipment, and follow procedures
  • Comply with health, safety, and COSHH regulations; observe spa & fitness rules
