Job summary

Snoonu City is seeking a creative content creator to bring Snoonu City to life in Qatar. You will capture moments, spot trends, and turn everyday experiences into engaging short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X, spotlighting merchants, events, and community stories.

You’ll shoot and edit on-site at events and merchant locations, publish according to the editorial calendar, and adapt assets for each platform while maintaining Snoonu City's tone of voice.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and X.
• Ability to capture and edit mobile-first content.
• Excellent Arabic and English writing skills.
• Comfortable working on-site at events and merchant locations.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging day-to-day social content for Snoonu City across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
• Capture photo and video content on-site at merchants, events, activations, and community initiatives.
• Edit short-form videos optimized for each platform.
• Write captions reflecting Snoonu City's personality and tone of voice.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats to maximize reach.
• Schedule and publish content according to the editorial calendar.
• Ensure content is published accurately and on time.
• Adapt assets to platform-specific formats and best practices.
• Support campaign rollouts and seasonal content initiatives.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community conversations.
• Respond to followers with Snoonu City's tone of voice.
• Escalate customer issues when needed.
• Encourage conversations and engage with community-generated content.
• Stay up to date with trends, sounds, creators and platform updates.
• Suggest content ideas inspired by local culture and current trends.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, Merchant Marketing, PR and Brand teams.
