GRO Solutions in Doha seeks a bilingual Social Media Manager to own Gulf-region channels in Arabic and English, shaping content that educates about money matters and resonates with local audiences.

You will manage calendars, publish from ideas to posts across Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn, grow the community, and collaborate with product teams to keep content on-brand and engaging.

Qualifications

• Native-level Arabic and fluent English, written and spoken.
• 2+ years running social channels for a brand (fintech/finance/education ideal).
• Hands-on short-form video skills—idea to publish.
• Based in Qatar with good Gulf audience awareness.

• Translate financial-literacy topics into accurate, engaging, culturally relevant content.
• Track performance and iterate with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to keep content educational and on-brand: we teach, we never give financial advice.

Own GRO’s voice in the Gulf: build our social presence in Arabic and English and turn financial literacy into content people actually want to watch and share.

About the role

GRO teaches better money habits, and social is where most of our audience meets us first. You own our channels in the Gulf region: the strategy, the calendar and the content itself, in Arabic and English.

What you will do

• Own the channel strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn.
• Create and publish content in Arabic and English — from short-form video to carousels and threads.
• Grow and manage the community: replies, DMs, collaborations and creator partnerships.
• Translate financial-literacy topics into content that is accurate, engaging and culturally relevant for the Gulf.
• Track performance and iterate — you know your numbers and let them steer the plan.
• Work with our content and product teams to keep everything educational and on-brand: we teach, we never give financial advice.

What we are looking for

• Native-level Arabic and fluent English, written and spoken.
• 2+ years running social channels for a brand, ideally in fintech, finance or education.
• Hands-on short-form video skills — you take content from idea to published post, end to end.
• A feel for Gulf audiences and internet culture.
• An interest in personal finance and the ability to make it genuinely engaging.
• Based in Qatar.
