Job summary

Galfar Al Misnad Engineering and Contracting W.L.L. is recruiting for a Project/QA&S role on a major site in Qatar. The position involves daily time sheets for crews and equipment, monitoring idling, and initiating inspections with QA/QC to maintain records.

You will liaise with lab personnel and PM/CM/QA/QC to resolve technical queries, control material wastage, and analyze manpower and equipment output to set activity targets. A strong focus on HSE and IMS standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter the time sheets for workers and equipment on daily basis
• Inform PM about idling of equipment due to breakdown and lack of work front
• Initiate inspection request, prepare quality records and forward to QA/QC personnel
• Liaise with lab personnel for testing activities
• Liaise with PM/CM/QA/QC personnel and clarify technical doubts
• Control and minimize the wastage of materials and consumables
• Analyze the output of manpower and equipment, work out the production target for each activity
• Thoroughly understand the Permit To Work system and ensure implementation
• Act as a trustee of the company ensuring outstanding performance in all HSE matters
• Ensure implementation of Company IMS Standards requirements in its true spirit so as to ensure meeting company objectives.
