Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer for brownfield Oil & Gas projects in a dynamic, field‑heavy environment. You will drive safety planning, audits and compliance, balancing field (80%) and office (20%) responsibilities to ensure effective HSE performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least seven years in HSE on operating plants, with strong knowledge of codes, standards and cross‑discipline coordination.

Qualifications

• Must have HSE project experience in operating plants.
• Minimum 7 years in Brown Field Oil & Gas project delivery as an HSE engineer.
• Knowledge of applicable engineering codes and standards.
• Experience interfacing with electrical, process, rotating and civil disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily planning meetings to ensure HSE requirements are implemented.
• Lead HSE matters by example and influence management on safety performance.
• Assist in accident investigation and report findings.
• Maintain records of hazards, incidents and safety measures on site.
