Vistas Global is seeking a Software Development Specialist to own the end-to-end support and development lifecycle of production applications built on DMS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The role also maintains .NET and Azure-based applications and services, combining development, operations, monitoring and deployment in close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• Certifications in software development preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Software Development Specialist (DMS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 & Power Platform)

Role Summary

The Software Development Specialist owns the end-to-end support and development lifecycle of production applications built on Document Management Systems (DMS), SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The role also takes over and sustains .NET and Azure-based applications and services. It combines development, operational support, monitoring and deployment, and works closely with business stakeholders and IT management.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

1. Process Management & Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for supporting production applications on DMS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Own the complete product operations and support cycle.

Take knowledge transfer (KT) and formal handover of all production applications and services developed in the .NET and Azure domain.

2. Compliance & Operational Control

Monitor and set up alerting for all aspects of production applications.

Manage automated and manual deployments.

3. Requirements Analysis & Solution Development

Analyze requirements and information needs, in consultation with stakeholders and IT management.

Design, develop, debug, test, deploy, maintain and document software solutions using both custom development and out-of-the-box functionality, including web parts, forms, templates and master pages.

Continuously learn and adopt new tools and techniques to improve performance.

4. Patient Safety Commitment

Take a proactive approach to patient safety by anticipating what might go wrong and acting to prevent it.

Report potential or actual patient safety concerns, errors and near misses promptly.

Follow all patient safety policies, procedures and protocols.

Work as a team player and communicate effectively.

Partner with the line manager to identify risks in the area of work, plan mitigations, and share accountability for implementing and evaluating the plan.

5. Confidentiality

Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality to safeguard sensitive information, including patient, organizational and system data.

6. Other Duties

Undertake any related duties or responsibilities as directed.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in software development.

Experience & Knowledge

5 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in data integration and data conversion (preferred).

Experience working with healthcare organizations (preferred).
