Areyou passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where communication, organization, and technical knowledge come together? Jaidah Group is looking for a Service Advisor to join our dynamic team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the bridge between our customers and workshop teams.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients while identifying their vehicle service needs.
  • Drive upselling efforts and meet monthly KPIs for labor and parts.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery with minimal work-in-progress (WIP).
  • Communicate estimates, timelines, and payment methods clearly to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians and team leaders to track service progress.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction (CSI & NPS), aiming for 80%+ positive feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • Experience in a dealership service outlet.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.

You’ll Work Closely With:

  • Workshop Supervisors, Team Leaders, Technicians, Parts Department, and Reception Staff.
