Job summary

GRO Solutions is building GRO, a privacy-first AI financial companion for people in Qatar. You will build and own the research practice from discovery to launch, running both qualitative and quantitative studies in Arabic and English to answer: can users use this, and should we build this.

You will recruit participants in Qatar, design surveys, analyze data, and turn insights into actionable recommendations for Product and Design, shaping decisions from early discovery through ongoing

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in UX, user or product research.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative skills, including survey design and analysis.
• End-to-end research with recruitment included.
• Excellent interviewing and moderation skills with awareness of research bias.
• Ability to synthesize large data into clear, prioritized insights.
• Experience presenting to cross-functional teams with Product and Design.
• Fluent Arabic with Gulf dialect familiarity and professional English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Set up the research practice: turn product questions into research plans, choose methods, run studies end to end and maintain a research repository.
• Understand people in Qatar: saving, spending, borrowing, trust and privacy expectations, Arabic/English use.
• Conduct qualitative research: interviews, prototype tests, usability sessions, diary studies, focus groups in Arabic and English.
• Validate with numbers: design and analyze surveys, define samples and segments, combine evidence.
• Explore human–AI interaction: trust in an AI financial companion, tone and engagement.
• Own recruitment: build participant pipeline in Qatar, via local partners.
• Turn insight into action: present findings to Product, Design and founders.
