Job summary

Woopel in Qatar invites a Senior UX Designer to lead user experience efforts for digital products. You will conduct user research, craft wireframes, prototypes and visuals, and work with product and engineering teams to balance user needs with business goals.

In this role you will guide design reviews, iterate designs, and stay ahead of UX trends while delivering thoughtful, accessible interfaces. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Senior UX Designer (Indian Nationality)

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our growing team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will bring your unique perspective and cultural understanding to our diverse team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in user research, interface design, and prototyping to take on a leadership role and drive the development of user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to develop solutions that meet both user needs and business goals
• Lead design reviews and incorporate feedback into iterative design processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a UX designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects for digital products
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design tools such as Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of user research methods and ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
