Job summary

PH Consultancy in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced tile fixing supervisor to lead a team and stay hands-on with installation work.

You will oversee setting-out, measuring, aligning and level control to ensure precise tile installations, while ensuring compliance with drawings and quality standards.

Selection will include a practical trade test; strong leadership and communication skills are required to deliver high-quality finishes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience fixing porcelain, ceramic, and large-format tiles
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Skilled in setting-out, measurements, alignment, and level control
• Previous experience supervising tile fixing workers
• In-depth knowledge of tile installation methods, materials, and finishing standards
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify installation issues
• Strong communication and leadership skills
