Job summary

Fusion Integrated Solutions seeks a Systems Engineer to design, operate, and improve core server, virtualization, identity, storage, backup, and monitoring services. The role works autonomously on complex infrastructure changes and guides operational improvement.

You will administer Windows and Linux servers, implement infrastructure changes, investigate incidents, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure service resilience and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in systems engineering or infrastructure administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Microsoft, Linux, VMware, Veeam, Azure, or AWS certifications preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve Windows and Linux server platforms, virtualization, directory services, storage, backup, and monitoring environments.
• Design, implement, and document infrastructure changes, including server builds, platform upgrades, migrations, and capacity improvements.
• Investigate complex system incidents; restore service, determine root causes, and implement approved corrective actions.
• Maintain identity and access platforms, patching, configuration baselines, backup validation, and recovery procedures.
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity, and backup outcomes; address risks before they affect production services.
• Coordinate infrastructure vendors, cloud providers, and internal delivery teams on technical changes and escalations.
