Job summary

Lanco Group in Doha, Qatar seeks a Senior Structural Engineer for a 3-month drainage/sewage pumping station project in Al Shahaniya. Position starts immediately and may extend.

Requires 15+ years in structural design, 10+ years in sewage pumping stations/water retaining structures, and mandatory MMUP/UPDA registration. Knowledge of Ashghal standards is essential; immediate joiners with a valid QID are welcome.

Qualifications

• Civil/Structural engineering degree mandatory.
• MMUP / UPDA registration mandatory.
• Knowledge of Qatar construction standards mandatory.
• Ashghal drainage pumping station project experience preferred.
• Chartered membership (CEng or equivalent) preferred.
• Immediate joiners with a valid QID will be considered.

• Experience with Ashghal standards and specifications.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in structural design
• Minimum 10 years of specialised experience in structural design of sewage pumping stations and water retaining structures
• Experience in Qatar construction standards — mandatory
• Ashghal drainage pumping station project experience — preferred
• Good knowledge of latest Ashghal standards and specifications
• Proven track record of successful project accomplishments
• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering — mandatory
• MMUP / UPDA Registration — mandatory
• Chartered body membership (CEng or equivalent) — preferred
• Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.
