Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Creating concept design from scratch (Themes, color schemes, materials, etc.) and all documents needed for representation and understanding from a 3rd party (Sketches, Mood board, Materials samples boards, etc.). Tools: InDesign, Photoshop.
2. Issuing design development drawings and execution drawings using CAD.
3. Communicating with clients and landlords to gather feedback and interpret them into design.
4. Getting approvals from clients, malls, and any other related entities.
5. Site supervision of the project to ensure correct implementation of the design.
6. Developing a Bill of Quantities.
7. Ensuring all stakeholders are continuously updated.
8. Developing a procurement and work schedule for the projects.

Requirements:

1. Excellent knowledge of English.
2. Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
3. Full-Time availability.
