Job summary

Fusion Integrated Solutions (FIS) seeks an accomplished Security Architect to define and assure security architecture across cloud, network, IAM, data, and endpoints. You will translate business and regulatory requirements into practical, resilient designs, guiding architecture reviews and risk reduction programs.

Aligned to SFIA Level 5, you will lead security governance, threat modelling, and secure implementation across customer solutions and internal platforms, ensuring ISO 27001, NIST, PCI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field (Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering).
• 7+ years of relevant experience in security architecture, consulting, or secure-design.
• Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define security reference architectures, standards, and roadmaps for FIS solutions and services.
• Lead secure-by-design reviews across cloud, network, identity, data, and endpoint environments.
• Design and assure Zero Trust controls, IAM/PAM, encryption, key management, and secure connectivity.
• Perform threat modelling, risk assessments, and security-control selection for customer solutions.
• Establish security patterns for cloud/hybrid environments, including logging, monitoring, and resilience requirements.
• Advise teams on security requirements, design decisions, technology choices, and implementation priorities.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, and applicable Qatar controls; maintain governance artefacts.
