Job summary

Employment in Doha seeks an experienced Linux Administrator to own Day-2 RHEL operations across multiple enterprise environments. You will patch, tune performance, configure kernels, and monitor health while ensuring secure AD/ LDAP integration and RBAC.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience administering enterprise RHEL environments.
• Experience with RHEL deployment, lifecycle management, LVM, SAN/NAS storage, and performance optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with Ansible and Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking (VLANs, Bonding, Routing), and AD/LDAP integration.
• Familiarity with security best practices and CIS benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Day-2 RHEL operations across multiple enterprise environments.
• Perform patch management, system performance tuning, kernel configuration, and health monitoring.
• Manage RHEL domain integration, RBAC, SSH key management, and Active Directory integration.
• Implement Linux security hardening using CIS Benchmarks and DISA STIGs.
• Support vulnerability management, SIEM/ELK log auditing, and compliance initiatives.
• Develop automation using Ansible and Bash scripting.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams to ensure high availability and operational excellence.
• Support enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
