Minimum Requirements:
- Preferred education: Nursing Degree Diploma after High School
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Required certification/licensure: valid Nursing license from the country of origin
- Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the process which ensures that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures and nursing standards.
- Provide education to staff based on theoretical and clinical expertise.
- This position will be accountable to ensure clinical resource and continuity of patient care during her/his duty hours.
- Provide direct patient care and serve as clinical resources.
- Maintain and demonstrate clinical competence in all aspects of care provided.
- Act as a clinical resource in assessing complex patient care needs and in determining appropriate interventions, recommending alternative approaches.
- Utilize critical thinking when making clinical judgments, managing conflicts, and solving patient care issues.
- Assess and reassess patient needs and response to care, treatment, and education.
- Provide care according to the plan of care.
- Anticipate, recognize, and manage emergent and unsafe situations/practices and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of legal aspects of patient care and nursing practice.
- Actively communicate the care of the patient through communication and written documentation to all disciplines involved in patient care.
- Comply with company’s policies, procedures, and standards.
