Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group seeks an experienced QC Inspector - Civil to inspect civil construction activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and building codes.

Required is 7+ years in civil inspection and 2+ years in Oil & Gas, plus ISO 9001 competence. You will monitor soil, foundations, rebar, masonry, interiors, roofing, and asphalt works, coordinating with teams to resolve issues and maintain records.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of civil inspection experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
• Fully conversant with applicable building standards and specifications.
• Familiar with building codes such as the International Building Code (IBC).
• Experience with soil mechanics, foundations, rebar installation, masonry, interiors, roofing, and asphalt works.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of civil construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Inspect soil conditions, foundations, reinforcement, masonry, interior finishes, roofing systems, and asphalt works.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management requirements and project quality procedures.
• Identify and report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and relevant documentation.
• Ensure that all civil works meet applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
