Job summary

SPIEgroup is seeking a QA/QC Manager in Doha, Qatar, to oversee the QA/QC Department across major projects in oil and gas. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with project quality standards, and manage risk registers. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in a technical discipline and has over 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a leadership role. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in major expansion or EPCC projects in Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals.
• Minimum 5 years in a QA/QC leadership role with direct team management accountability.
• Expert knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and audit planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA/QC Department across all phases of Major Projects.
• Conduct and oversee quality surveillance at each project phase.
• Develop and execute the Project Quality Audit Plan and maintain the Audit Report Register.
