We are seeking a Senior PTW Instructor to work with our client based in QATAR.

Qualifications

• HND in Engineering
• 6 years of Operations, Maintenance, or SHE experience within the Oil and Gas industry, specifically related to PTW system management and implementation
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an instructor
• Expertise in:
  • SHE procedures and practices
  • Hazard identification and risk assessment
  • Job safety analysis
  • Integrated safety system of work
  • International PTW standards and best practices

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training packages for PTW system, Energy Isolation, and ePTW, aligning with evolving business needs
• Support the collection and sharing of lessons learned within operating facilities
• Prepare and revise training modules to reflect procedural changes
• Communicate updates promptly to relevant stakeholders
• Adapt training approaches to a dynamic environment and tight deadlines
• Navigate challenges in complex, multicultural, multinational, and multi-venture settings
• Develop and review PTW-related training materials, incorporating lessons learned
• Assist PTW trainers to improve training quality
• Organize communication sessions on procedural updates and ensure dissemination
• Contribute to PTW system improvements and complete tasks assigned by management
• Ensure only trained and competent personnel access the ePTW system
• Provide consultation during routine operations and shutdowns regarding PTW procedures
• Hold regular meetings with PTW coordinators and training teams
• Facilitate lessons learned sharing through communication sessions
• Participate in PTW audit activities regularly
• Support development, testing, and implementation of ePTW and related tools, ensuring system availability
