Confidential is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT and digital transformation projects in Qatar. You will ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality while following governance and stage-gate processes.

Requirements include a Bachelor's/ Diploma, 12+ years PM experience (ERP/IT/OT), PMP or PRINCE2, and strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Agile certification is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT/Engineering/Business required.
• 12+ years of relevant PM experience, IT/digital delivery preferred.
• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Preferred: Agile project management certification.
• Experience delivering ERP, IT infrastructure, or OT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource management, and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and PM tools.
• O&G industry experience is a plus.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex IT and digital transformation projects

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while adhering to the Company's project governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
• Prepare and present project status reports to steering committees and senior management.
• Apply the Company's project governance framework, stage-gate processes, and reporting requirements.
• Manage change control, project risks, issues, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and closure in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in IT and digital project delivery.
• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Preferred: Agile project management certification.
• Proven experience delivering ERP, IT infrastructure, or Operational Technology (OT) projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource management, and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project management tools.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas (O&G) industry is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
