Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and update detailed project schedules (Primavera P6 or equivalent).
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive cost control system with forecasts.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce project control processes and standardized reporting.
• Define KPIs and prepare monthly performance dashboards.
• Consolidate project data into high-level executive reports for meetings.
