Job summary

Power International Holding in Doha is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage procurement, supplier coordination, sales support, and related administration. You will process POs and SOs in SAP, evaluate supplier quotations, and monitor orders and deliveries.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics and Project teams, prepare reports, and maintain accurate procurement records to support smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and supplier management.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Experience with SAP and processing POs/SOs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on Purchase Orders and Sales Orders using SAP.
• Obtain, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, orders, and deliveries.
• Prepare client quotations, commercial documents, and Delivery Notes.
• Monitor pending orders, quotations, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate procurement and sales documentation in SAP.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, and Project teams.
