Qualifikationen

- 15+ years in maritime sector; experience with complex stakeholder projects.
- 7+ years in maritime/port infrastructure; decarbonisation and energy efficiency focus.
- Proven experience with EU/International standards and project cycle.
Aufgaben
- Identify, prepare and implement maritime and inland waterways projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews and investment analyses.
- Support port/logistics master planning and multimodal connectivity.
- Advise on green port infrastructure and decarbonisation measures.
- Support policy reforms and capacity building for authorities.
