Swan Global seeks a Senior Planning Engineer for a 3-month contract in Qatar to support ongoing infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and project management expertise and be available locally on a freelance visa.

Responsibilities include developing detailed schedules, monitoring progress, coordinating with teams and clients, and ensuring compliance with standards and contractual requirements. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/construction/infrastructure is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning for infrastructure projects.
• Experience with roads and related development is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and contractual requirements.
• Support planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
