Job summary

Swan Global seeks a Senior Planning Engineer for a 3-month contract in Qatar to support ongoing infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and project management expertise and be available locally on a freelance visa.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/construction/infrastructure is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning for infrastructure projects.
• Experience with roads and related development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and contractual requirements.
• Support planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
