Job description

• Develop baseline schedules using Primavera P6 for engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and commissioning phases.
• Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction activities into a master schedule.
• Perform resource loading (manpower, equipment, materials) and leveling to optimize project timelines.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track physical progress (%), earned value (EV), and S-curve analysis.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, and critical path deviations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Conduct schedule variance analysis (SV, SPI) and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain project calendars, activity codes, and resource dictionaries.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple projects.
• Train junior planners on Primavera P6 best practices.
