Job summary

AVENTA is seeking an experienced pipeline precommissioning engineer for an initial six-month contract in the UAE. The role is office-based with remote execution support, focusing on precommissioning and commissioning of regional pipelines.

You will deliver procedures, calculations, equipment definitions and dossiers, report to the lead, and coordinate with pipeline, process and construction disciplines while ensuring compliance with project specs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Senior/expert level in pipeline precommissioning and commissioning.
• Experience with precommissioning procedures and calculations.
• Ability to define precommissioning equipment and spreads.
• Office-based engineering delivery for oil and gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop precommissioning and commissioning procedures for pipelines.
• Prepare precommissioning calculations and equipment specifications.
• Define equipment spreads and interfaces with vendors.
• Provide remote technical assistance to site and support execution.
• Compile records, ITPs and test packs.
