Swan Global Holdings Group in Doha seeks a QE-LNG Approved Painting Supervisor to lead daily painting, coating, and surface preparation activities on oil, gas, LNG, or petrochemical projects.

You will ensure compliance with QE-LNG specifications and approved procedures, monitor blasting and curing, coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams, manage manpower and materials, and maintain daily progress reports to promptly rectify defects.

Qualifications

• QE-LNG Approved Painting Supervisor – Mandatory.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant painting and coating experience.
• Oil & Gas, LNG, refinery or petrochemical project experience.
• Knowledge of surface preparation, protective coatings and QA/QC requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily painting, coating, and surface preparation activities.
• Ensure compliance with QE-LNG specifications, procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor abrasive blasting, surface preparation, and application of primers and coatings.
• Ensure proper paint mixing, application, curing, and coating thickness.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), PPE, and site safety requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work progress.
• Maintain daily progress reports and rectify painting defects.
