Senior Oracle Primavera Unifier Business Analyst

Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Oracle Primavera Unifier expertise to support a major project in Qatar. You will conduct workshops with project, finance, procurement, and contracts stakeholders, analyze as-is processes, and design optimized workflows aligned with Unifier.

You will prepare BRDs/FDDs, configure shells and cost sheets, and support FIDIC contract processes, including variations and payments. Ensure dashboards, KPIs, and integrations meet project needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Oracle Primavera Unifier functional experience.
• Experience with at least one full Unifier implementation lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes (BPs), shells, cost sheets, funding, cash flow, and Accelerator configuration.
• Understanding of capital project controls, budgeting, cost management, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience with FIDIC contracts in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements workshops with project, finance, procurement, and contracts stakeholders.
• Analyze current-state processes and design optimized workflows aligned with Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Prepare BRDs, FDDs, and BP specifications.
• Configure shells, cost sheets, funding, cash flow, WBS, and CBS structures.
• Support FIDIC-based contract processes, including variations, claims, and payments.
• Define dashboards, reports, KPIs, and integrations with Primavera P6, ERP, and DMS.
• Lead UAT preparation, test execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
• Validate Arabic forms, labels, reports, and user-facing content.
